having lived in both i would have to agree,Edinburgh is a better place to be sitting on a summers day with beer in hand but Glasgow and the people just seem much more friendly,there is not much between the two but Edinburgh always seems to be in such a hurry all the time.

it all centres on the competitive thing edinburgh is quite rightly our capital but glasgow is a fab city in its own right they both offer fantastic entertainment there always has been a healthy rivalry between the two cities that wont go away
