I live in an apartment, and the walls are thin. My neighbors are a young couple with a 3 year old girl, and a boy who is less than a year. I have heard a LOT of things that concern me.
-Music so loud, it can be heard thru my entire apartment, even over the sounds of our own tv, conversation, etc.
-Loud arguments and banging sounds
-Female screaming "HELP!" and male saying "No one can help you now!"
-Male throwing females sister out into the cold night, with the baby in just a diaper saying "Get him out of my sight! Make him shut up! Get out of here with him!"
-Male yelling "I'm going to take the baby with me! You just THREW him! Do you think you deserve him? You cant even keep the house clean when you are tweaking!"
-Male screaming to little girl "Shut the f**k up! I'm not your daddy, we've been lying to you! -as little girl cries for him- Shut up and never call me daddy again"
-Sounds of fighting and things being thrown.
-Constant stream of people coming in and out

-Nasty, drugged up people showing up at my door, lookin to buy drugs, but too out of it to show up at the correct apartment
I've called the police during some of the more violent situations that I have heard, and they never do anything. Is it possible to call child services on them or something, even though I dont even know their names, and only know what the mom and children look like, not the man?

In this situation u do have to call the cops. If next time any fights.. or anything that can hurt the female and her children..call the cops! About the child service..cops cant help the female all the way. She gotta stick out for her self by telling the truth to the cops on what is going on. If she even reports him abusing then yes.. child service can do sum help. Most likely in the police office there are sum kind of social service people who help families with problems. They help the one be independent and etc...

I would contact child care services and tell them what you have heard and seen that pertains to the kids ONLY! And the drug use. Call the cops next time you hear or see anything suspicious and explain you know they are using drugs and have very young children in the household. Honestly until they actually get caught with drugs or repeated reports about child neglect/abuse nothing will be done, so keep up if you are really concerned for the kids. hopefully something gets done.

Call 911 and Child & Family Services hotline. Keep calling until Child and Family Services shows up with the cops.
You are most likely the only chance these kids have to get out alive. Draw a deep breath and put on your most menacing, confident voice and keep calling 911 and the child abuse hotline in your area until someone shows up at their place. Tell them everything that's going on and that these kids are in immediate physical danger. Make that point as many times as you have to until they show up. You will most likely save those kids' lives by doing this.

Yes-ASAP-call Child Protective Services. Tell them what you have heard, especially about the children. You can do this anonomously (sp?). Please be sure to give them the neighbor's address, including their apt. #. And yes, the description of the mom, etc. Also, let them know there are people coming and going-that is why you are giving the description of the mom. I don't know what state you live in, but in WA state, they are supposed to respond within 48 hr. of the call.I wish you and those children and even the mom the best. Take care.

Hello, did it ever occur to you to speak with your landlord? Also I don't know where you live but if the police are called upon for anything involving children here they HAVE to call CPS and usually a member of CPS is either with the police or comes at the same time the cops do.

Yes call the police for domestic violence and disturbing the peace and yes call the social services of suspected child abuse if you hear it going on. BUT have you ever seen them do this or any bruises or marks on the kids. You may need more proof then just what you think you are hearing on this one.

Call child services. They are obligated by law to investigate anything that comes to the office. The police handle different scenerios.
OMG.....something needs to be done and it needs to be quickly. This sounds horrific and extremely dangerous for the kids.
Wow, i hope everything turns out well.
Thank God for concerned neighbors. Bravo to u.

Yes call child services. Please do not give up those children need to be rescued. If the woman wants to stick around for such abuse that's on her but those children need protecting Call child services and make a report and keep calling every time you hear anything. When the people who "hear things" do nothing, that is when we read about children dying at the hands of those who should take care of them. \

Call the police and child protective services right this minute before the baby is injured or killed. Every single time this happens call the police..hopefully they will take the baby away from these people.
You have every reason to call CPS, just give them the address, they will do investigations. Good luck, wow what an awful situation!
