Go to a QUALITY parts store and ask for either a Deitz, Cole-Hersee, or Grote Flasher relay used on school buses. They run about $12.00 TO $17.00, and aren't all that complex to install. There are 5 terminals.
2 for the control relay solenoid, 1 for the "hot" wire, and 1 each for the right and left HIGH beam lamps.
