I am in a distance learning program, and need a proctor for proctored exams. I know employer can be the proctor but I am unemployed. How can I find someone who is qualify and willing to be my proctor?

Contact your local public library. Some librarian will serve as proctors for distance exams-- I know the ones at my library do. You'll need to check with your school first to see if that would be acceptable to them, though. It should be; as I said, at my library the librarians have done it and for free for students from several different programs.

I took a couple of classes by correspondence, because my beloved alma mater, in it's infiinte wisdom, required 2 classes that it didn't offer.

Anyways, my academic advisor proctored my exams.

Most school teachers are willing to do this...if yoou know a teacher or someone who knows a teacher...ask them. Does nto matter what grade they teach..they would be acceptable. Good luck.
