Lexmark are a good printers to start of with but if you've got money to burn i would go for a Cannon or a HP and it depends on what you want to use it for just printing, printing and scanning theres that many on the market nowadays

I don't know about Canon printers, but I have had a Lexmark, and it was a good little printer (z23). problem was, it was so hard to find the printer cartridges, and I could literally buy a new printer whith ink included cheaper than I could replace them...just so you know.

I recommend either Canon or HP but only printers that have individual color cartridges. I use more red than any other color and I dont like throwing a cartridge away wwhen i know that there are ink left. My personal preference is Canon Pixma MP530 etc. My in laws think that their HP Photosmart C7180 All-in-One is the one to buy. But of course it may depend on how much money you have or what you want to spend.
