Does anyone know what a "cleeper"is?

A friend of mine's daughter labled her a cleeper,she doesn't know what it is can you please help....

I looked in the dictionary and theres no such word. Try to remember the tone that the daughter used and you'll know if the word is mean or nice or whatever.
