Laptop wont turn on...Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I forgot the password to my laptop so i had to go into safe mode. After i changed the password i shut down the computer.Now it wont turn on!I know its not the battery because its been charging all day!Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The password thing is just a coincidence.

Try removing the power cord and battery so the computer is completely dead, then repower up. Sometimes that works.

Try removing and reinserting the battery or tell someone to open it up and see.
