If you don't want to go to a shop like Sephora, then the best mascara to buy at a drug store would be Revlon Luxurious Lengths blackest black, followed by Revlon Fabulash blackest black with will give you great FULL LONG lashes. I've gone through numerous mascara brands, both designer and drug store brands. Revlon is owned by Estee Lauder, so why buy Estee Lauder at 30 bucks a tube than the same thing at 8 bucks a tube. Good luck! I can't live without mascara...its the one makeup I couldn't part with.

Avon Astonishing Lengths mascara is the best I've used. Not very expensive either! Revlon Colorstay is really good too but costs more. Clinique's Lash Doubling mascara is expensive but really worth it if you want your lashes thick and long! Around $20 something dollars but it's true WOW!

Hint: get ur lashes permed first then apply and the difference is great
or just curl ur lashes with a curler then apply it, works but doesnt last unless ur lashes are naturally curly.
moviestars use fake lashes and lash extensions which are very expensive-a couple of hundred dollars.

You wouldn't believe how much I can acheive with my mascara!! It's CoverGirl Volume Exact mascara. Its the same brush as their Lash Exact, but has a thicker formula to get fatter lashes. It's about $6.50, so right up your alley!

defiantly Cover Girl's Lash Exact mascara.I'm around your age and its the best! No clumps and separates lashes. They just released Volume exact which is pretty much the same but obviously addes volume. But i still use lash exact.

Max Factor is the best with there NEW Mascara. The brush is made out of silicone. So its soft. It is the best out there. Try it

well... it honestly depends on your lashes
if you have......
dark long lashes that need and extra kick withought getting too clumpy- nuetragena weightless mascara (drugstores)
long eyelashes that need to be darkened- masvoom by mac
volumizing- XXL by maybeline
or wateroof- very sexy by victorias secret
