Leadership: What is the secret to get people to come to club?

I got all these phone numbers on my cellphone. But i am not the type of guy that calls people. I am more of the kind of guy that waits for others to call me, this way i can go to clubs (like many others). But now i want to become a ''leader'' , the one that organize the night, the one that calls everybody. Do you have any tips on how to become that leader and influence people to agree with me so we can all have fun ?

I'd start with a mass text. See if you can get some responses from those who are genuinely interested.

Pick up the phone and start pressing buttons. It will force you to figure out what to do next and if it does not then just say you were thinking of them and wanted to ask how to pull together a small group some evening/weekend.

Trust your brain. Panic will let the subconscious mind rescue you. It's not like you were going to forget how to talk or anything.

It takes time and patience to make the right contacts, win people's confidence, and prove your capabities|

You just have to work slow and easy at this, as it may even take a few years to achieve this, since it is a very grand work|

Well, you have to be sure and have a 'connection' with the people, you know get to know them well...then after that, just call them. If you keep trying it will happen, you just gotta take the initiative.
