No, Jade plants are not poisonous. You can use them around pets and and feel safe. Though your pets may try to eat it I dont suggest humans do the same.

I grow jade plants for a hobby and have several varieties. Jade plants are NOT poisonous to humans or pets. They are an easy care plant that make a great addition to any home.

There is no mention of them being poisonous on Wikipedia but I would not go making Jade tea just the same...
