I got all these phone numbers on my cellphone. But i am not the type of guy that calls people. I am more of the kind of guy that waits for others to call me, this way i can go to clubs (like many others). But now i want to become a ''leader'' , the one that organize the night, the one that calls everybody. Do you have any tips on how to become that leader and influence people to agree with me so we can all have fun ?

Don't expect to go from being totally passive to totally pro-active. Just call a couple people and ask them to call a couple of people and just start the chain reaction and meet up some place.

You can't "influence"people into having fun, the secret is to find out what the people in question want to do, and then make the neccesary arrangements, to make it more interesting is the key to getting people to join in, get local stores to donate small prizes, i.e. gift vouchers or goods to use in things like quiz evenings, or karaoke evenings, organise swap meets. or talks by people of interest to your group, the list is endless, but up to you to devise. I can't really tell you how to organize your nightlife but I'll tel lyou one thing that may be of use. Being a leader means being a problem solver. NEVER say "I don't know". No one will ever follow you again.
