Is there something mentally wrong with you if you actually enjoy the act of shooting and killing animals?

if you're starving or if your family needs it, then maybe i can see being happy to kill it, but to actually enjoy the act of killing by itself...

I'm a hunter, and I enjoy hunting. I DO get a rush out of the actual kill, but I also eat the meat. I do not hunt for anything I wouldn't eat. That would be wrong. I do think people who look down on hunters forget history or don't know that food (meat) doesn't come from a sanatary package. The food I eat IS free range, hormone free, antibiotic free, and low in fat. A lot better than the beef you could buy at Albertson's.

Yes. It is probably caused by excess testosterone. Not sure though, I have a bother who hunts and can string up a dead deer, cut it open and take out the entrails with his bare hands but the smell of cigarette smoke turns him into a total wimp. Go figure
