yay - the 'a' is like the 'a' in "day" (rhymes with "day" except with a y). you say "yay" if something has made you happy. for example, "yay, i got an A on my test" OR "yay, I won an iPod!". usually only preteenage girls say this. nobody over the age of 14 uses this word (unless they're gay).
yea - pronounced exactly like yay, but nobody ever says this in modern times. back when shakespeare was around it was used.
yeah - this is a hard one to explain. it's pronounced like a british person would pronounce 'year', sort of. the 'ea' is soft, like the e in 'deli' or 'egg'. the h is silent. 'yeah' is used all the time, whenever you would say "yes" you normally say "Yeah" instead, because it's less formal.
