1) Yay.
-yay (yā)
interj.
Used as an exclamation of pleasure, approval, elation, or victory.
= Yay! We've won the competition!

2)Yeah.
-yeah (yĕ'ə, yă'ə, yā'ə)
adv. Informal.
Yes.
= Yeah, I agree with John too.

3)Yea.
-yea (yā)
adv.
Yes; aye.
Indeed; truly: They have spoken, yea, shouted their reply.

So from the way it is being pronounced, look like yay and yea have the same pronounciation.

yay - the 'a' is like the 'a' in "day" (rhymes with "day" except with a y). you say "yay" if something has made you happy. for example, "yay, i got an A on my test" OR "yay, I won an iPod!". usually only preteenage girls say this. nobody over the age of 14 uses this word (unless they're gay).

yea - pronounced exactly like yay, but nobody ever says this in modern times. back when shakespeare was around it was used.

yeah - this is a hard one to explain. it's pronounced like a british person would pronounce 'year', sort of. the 'ea' is soft, like the e in 'deli' or 'egg'. the h is silent. 'yeah' is used all the time, whenever you would say "yes" you normally say "Yeah" instead, because it's less formal.
