Where is my Pop-Up Blocker button?

I have Cox internet........and there used to be a Pop-Up Blocker button on the internet explorer.....and now its gone...where can I get it back? Thanks

Press Ctrl to by pass it when clicking on things.

Well, I thought I had the answer, but when I tried it, it didn't work. Hummm......Have you tried to reinstall it? Ok. I don't see the pop-up blocker on the picture of the new toolbar. I just went searching for it. Sorry I thought I could help, but evidently not. Someone will help you!

you have to go under tools and into pop up blocker settings
