Flirt with her. Give a hearty laugh at things she's says but don't overdo it. Girls are naturally flirty. If she likes you as at least a friend she'll probably smile and maybe laugh along. If you guys are good friends then ask her, don't pop out a "do you like me?" question. Instead try and work your way towards the subject and ask, "So who do you like?" and if she wants to know who you like let her know the truth.

Flirt with her enough so goes out with you.
If she doesn't then she doesn't see you as a valuable person and she's taking you for granted. Only thing you can do is move on.

well you have to find out..... the only sure fire way is to ask her.. if you ask one of your friends to ask her then she'll think your immature.. you ahve to ask her yoruself...
the best she'll say is yes
the worst she'll say i s no sorry.. and you'll feel bad for a little but you'll get over yourself and be proud of yourself for beign so brave.... and next tiem ou like a girl it'll be easier to aska girl out

find a friend that you both have in common and ask him to do some undercover work and talk to her about you
