I would love a potted plant!
And, you could get a card and a box of chocolate.
Or her favorite book. Maybe a little sampler of teas--I love those!

Roses are fantastically romantic, and chocolate's are a girl's best friend.

for people married awhile, a day away from husband and kids, at the spa would be great!
