Commands. Epochal human psychology has not changed. We don't immediately recognize the commands and act before we question. If we stop to question, we perish. That's the current programming of the human being. Those things we question exist solely because we have the leisure to think on them.

I tend to question lots of things. I like to see evidence first hand and make up my own mind rather than being told things.

My feeling is that if you don't question things you end up being taken for a ride.
