My boyfriend and I, before our anniversary or a major holiday, tell what we got eachother before we even give it to eachother (weird, I know, but who cares). He told me he got me those PINK sweat pants from Victoria's Secret. I, like every girly-girl, LOVE those pants (cute, comfy, love it). The problem is, he got me them in white, which is not my color when it comes to sweats. Is it rude to exchange them?
Thanks!

No, take them and trade them for the color you want

He got confused because the line is called "Pink" even though they come in other colors. He bought you Pink pants in white. Too much for a guy to comprehend.

Depends on his ego. It's not rude to exchange them generally speaking - but I don't know how fragile your bf's ego is - only you can tell if his feelings would be hurt or not.

Did he particularly pick out white because HE liked them for you - then keep them. Did he think you would like them, but he doesn't care - exchange.

Personally - knowing my guy - I'd keep them and buy a pink pair too! It would please him seeing me wear something he picked out and that is far more important to me!

i think all the colors are cute
it's up to your preference.
does he normally become upset if you would do something like that?
if he wouldn't, talk to him about it first (no matter what you do).
explain your point of view
and i'm sure he'll understand.

or you can keep the pair he gave you
and wear those around the house
and buy the pair you really like color wise.
this way you'll have 2 pairs anyways.
and he won't be upset.

Um, I wouldn't think so, since yall share wath yall r getting b4 u even get it. In the future make sure he specifies what color, size, etc.
But doesnt that defeat the purpose of a present?!?!

If he told you he got them in PINK, and got white, could he be colorblind? Or maybe he wanted to get pink and they were out of that color. In that case it would be okay to exchange them when pink got restocked. You could also tell him white is not really your best color, could you exchange them for the pink ones. That way he knows not to get you any more white clothes. Or you could just keep them, say nothing, and "accidentially" wash them with something red.
