I think the lamest shows that are Reality Tv have to be "Dancing with the Stars" and "So you think you can Dance".
Maybe I just hate dancers.

Because it puts us in a reality phase. We realize we are alive and maybe or may not be subject to such dilemmas. It makes us appreciate our blessings in life.

they just can watch what they cant do and sit there saying they can do it but always procrasinate puts them in reality when tehre not so to speak makes them feel more comfotable i myself dont like it som dont...

maybe because it's live and you can see them when they make a mistake which makes it exciting.
