Google it, check eBay, check sales at Nordstrom, Macy's, J.C. Penney's, any big department stores. Sometimes there are some under $200 but the clearance rack may have cheaper ones.

If you're looking for something realllly inexpensive, try GoJane.com. Otherwise, you can usually find something at edressme.com for some nicer things. You may have to go over $200 by just a little, but you can usually find some really nice, designer items for just around there. Try looking in the homecoming & prom sections, and you can also try, well, the white & ivory section.

I have one a size 10 I could sell you. I was thinking about putting it on ebay. It's white and floor length. Worn once for a party for my husband. Very pretty. I can email you if you want more info. Just leave a note and I will get in touch with you.

i've found that bebe has a lot of white nice dresses. french connection isnt bad either.
