When you look in a mirror that you are not used to looking in? I went on vacatiion to this really nice cottage, but when I looked in the mirror there, It almost ruined my day!

I know what you're saying, and where you're coming from, but believe me, we are much more critical of ourselves than others are. When I look in the mirror I see the beginning of those little wrinkles around the eyes, I see that I'm not as slim as I was a few years ago, but despite the appearance that I see, others guess my age at 35, when I'm actually 46. So the image we have of ourselves, is quite the opposite of how others view us.

You know... this may sound kind of strange by different mirrors make me look different. Of course, the lighting helps too.
If it makes you feel any better, I only look at the mirror that makes me look the best. While I am fooling myself (somewhat), I do feel a bit more confident. SO YEA -- Mirrors CAN lie. So can cameras, video and voice recordings. But honestly, I'm begginnign to believe that nobody really cares about these superficial physical appearence anymore. =] I truly love people for everything that they are.

I intentionally keep my glasses off in the morning so my face is just a blurb. When I've cleansed and buffed all the nastiness away, then I have the courage to put on my glasses.

its actually kind of true, because the mirror in my car makes my skin look dry and dark and the one in my house make me look BEAUTIFUL just as i already am! â¥
