Since the anti federalist were against a strong central govt, they would be against any act that gave the govt. more power over the people. Such acts would be the 2001 patriot act, the 1996 antiterrorist act, the new deal of FDR the suspention of habeous corpus during the civil war also the suspention of right of the accused in the so called war on terror. benjamin harrison breaking the rail strike of 1877. when congress declaired that the southern states that succeded during the civil war were no longer states when congress never had that power. I can't think of any more at the moment

The Tenth Amendment means what it says, but nobody seems to remember it.
