Ask yourself if the media could make a big deal out of her death if the average person were above following such trash as Smith and her life. For that matter, would the media sell us on Trump, Reality TV, Oprah and all the other meaningless stuff if we were still quality people as we used to be who only had time for people like Einstein, Mother Teresa, Humphrey Bogart, etc.? PEOPLE IT'S OUR FAULT. WE HAVE SUNK INTO MEDIOCRITY.

They will run it into the ground until the kid gets the money or the paternity comes through. I hear that there is a third man who may be the father of the baby. I don't get women like that. I would be embarrassed to have a bun out of the oven and still not know who the baker is.

Just a thought, doesn't the media run EVERYTHING into the ground? We can't blame this on Anna Nicole too!

Good point and yes the media is. They're paying way too much time on this tragic saga. But I do feel sorry for the baby though. She'll never know her brother or her mother!

But that's what todays media does to make money. And that is their primary concern above all else. They will stop reporting on it when enough people tune out or something more sensational comes along.

Yeah, Anna Nicole died and she knows who will father her baby. Case closed, she died, we're sorry. There's more to life than Anna Nicole Smith.

Celebrities die, and it makes the news. Get over it - it's not about the need to disrespect the soldiers. President Ford died and GW Bush declared a national day-off - were you griping about *that*?

ABSOLUTELY!!! We have heroes dying at war and reporters say nothing other than a pacifying number of dead. I guess the only thing that matters to them is the headline hot story.
