Yes, sexual dreams are VERY common in women. You probably don't hear about them because our society is stereotypical and the man is supposed to be the only one who has dirty thoughts running through his head.

I have sex dreams. I think it is common among all populations. I have noticed that if I drink Nyquil before bed or other types of cold medicine, it is more likely to increase my dreams and they are usually sex dreams. I wouldn't be worried about it. Most dreams are a compilation of thoughts and events that have gone on during they day. If you are really interested you should read a dream analysis book. They are very interesting.

yes sexual dreams are very common. I ususally get dreams that I am giving a BJ and some sort of nasty stuff comes out of their penis and I spit it out. weird dreams

I've never had a sex dream! It's dissapointing! I've had weird dreams about everything imaginable but never a sex dream. All my friends have sex dreams though it's normal,

i have sexual dreams about every other day.. it is very very nice.. i had one last night where i had went to my baby daddy house and he had gave me oral sex and i had actually felt the same thing as if he was.. when i woke up i was very happy.. got the same feeling of my legs relaxed and numb and everything..
