and i will have most of what i owe.my daughter told me if they started eviction,then even if i give them the money.they can still throw me out is this true,im in nashville tennessee.

Unless you have a lease, rentals are month to month and a landlord can evict anyone in 30 days, even if you are paying your rent.
If you want to stay there, I suggest you use the free efile on the IRS site (THIS WEEKEND) and make a copy of the filing to show your landlord. The refunds from Feb filings should be fast and if you make really nice with the landlord, perhaps they will work with you so you can stay.
