Disneyland or the Disneyland Resort?
Most of these answers are for the Hollywood Tower of Terror at Disney's California Adventure (also home to Soarin' Over California), which is part of the Disneyland Resort.
As for Disneyland, I'd have to go with either Space Mountain (the best of the four mountains at the park) for the roller coaster aspect or the Disneyland Railroad for the history and relaxtion of it. It's one of the reasons Walt built the park.

Pirates of the carribean. If you want thrills, well go to Magic Mountain. It's just about an hour north of Disneyland.
