Caifornia has legal "medical marijuana". You get a prescription from your doctor and get it filled at a legal cannabis club.
As for marijuana possession of less then 1 ounce being legal in all states as the user above stated - that is wrong. In most states possession of less than 1 ounce is a misdemeanor that you will usually just get a ticket and fine for.

All of them should. Arkansas is trying to pass a law that having under an ounce would be only a misdeameanor. And Reuben is wrong. In Oklahoma, you are not even allowed to have a seed!
Alcohol is 50 times more dangerous than marijuana! When the government figures out how to tax it, especially at the rates of alcohol and tobacco, they probably will legalize it. Its all about the money. And by the way, I don't know the laws in other states.

no states due but if you are over 21 in all states you are allowed to have marijuana of an ounce or less. ( some states allow more)
But being caught with it you will have a maximum of 100 dollar fine. I support the legalization of marijuana

None we have our hand full controlling cigarettes.They should be illegal also.
