Most the men who have dated Asian women say the same thing, that Asian women are beautiful, cute, sweet, caring, easy going, funny, classy, feminine, non-bitchey, non-materialistic, ect. Why is that? Is it in their genetics?

It depends on how the girl is in touch with her family's lifestyle and morals.
I'm Asian-American but I'm not so in touch with my family's culture (we're the only part of our family that is living in America and there is not much for our culture here unless we go to Chinatown NYC) just as my family isn't [compared to families living in Asian countries]. Sure, I've been raised in America, I moved around and lived in some "dangerous districts" for a while, and now I'm in a quiet, peaceful, and generally harmless town in which within the teenagers there is alot of gossiping, backstabbing, nasty talk, separation of peers- the norm! Only recently have I been exposed to this, so as much as I hang out with my friends, I cannot throw away what my past has made me- living in solitude, still not on the same drift as anyone I know of in my town- but it's a good thing I'm not confined to the countryside; I appreciate the city and I basically grew up hanging around New York as well.
Over the years, I have never really classified myself as an "Asian stereotype" in the eyes of others; though they know I have alot of intellect, the thing I've been doing is not using it in my academics as much as I should (which is not good for when I choose a college); I do appreciate helping others, truthfully and I have always tried to be truthful to myself yet open to many things.
My peers have mistaken me to not be Asian by my appearance, it's mainly because of my facial structure and how the skin around my eyes aren't tight; I've been mistaken as Italian (ha, ha!). I wouldn't say I was always one to be funny but think that the way I talk is very witty...? All I know is that I'm truthful to myself and I really do appreciate alot of things about the Asian culture (it's not stereotype) and my media is mixed with alot of American, European rock and some Japanese and Korean classic rock, psychedelic rock, enka and such.

As far as I know, NONE of the Asian girls here are what I'd describe using those adjectives you listed, not in my honest opinion...It's just how others view them, and I can assure you that these people are usually close to their family and such...it's not the case for some, it is for others, and some girls are "completely Americanized" and pay no attention to what's going on with their culture.
One of them just arrived from China 3 years ago, which in my eyes is very apparent and I can't describe it..but she's also somewhat a wannabe American (don't ask, lol, she's been catching on to the "b*tchiness" of our friends) and self-proclaimed Japanese "otaku".
One of them has a heavy Mandarin accent and is known for swimming and being good at academics; I feel that she is very obnoxious because to people who take alot of time to study and have an obsession over their good grades and scores she respects- to the normal or lesser people she puts them down with her "superiority" and has been catching on to the "no that's not cool, this is" of her friends. Ha, ha. And I don't she likes me much either because I'm not all "study freak" on anyone.
Another is like the girl above, always studies and is part of East Asia club (heck, all three are!) but the this one and the one above have alot of confidence, that's all I'll say. They take their time either studying or swimming, the rest with "friends" in their clubs which is basically academics.
There's another who is completely "Americanized" complete with the "prep" accent we've got lingering among the "cool kids" here. Dresses like an average girl here, obnoxious gum-chewing and snapping included.
Hmm, others are either very confined, seen with books clasped by both arms, fingers tight around their pencils.

If I were a man who would like to date an Asian girl, I don't think I'd stay with them in the long-run! But that's only of what I know right now...

It is the same reason African women in general are more obediant than their African American counterparts, or any woman from another continent for that matter. Home trainings has taught these asian women to have these personality traits. It is the Environment that has shaped and molded these uber-women into caring, nurturing females they are.

My children's babysitter is Asian and she will kick someone's butt in a New York minute!! I think it has to do with culture and not race. She was raised in the US and most women who are not raised in the US or UK are going to be more docile. Look at Arab women and women from Latin America. But things are changing all over the world now with western culture permeating all other societies. I notice that women from everywhere are becoming more liberated and good for them.

I'm Asian and i can say it's home training.

we are not allowed to talk back to our parents and to curse. It depends in where the girl was raised. I was in raised in a school-church-home environment, but it doesn't mean that I'm boring.

But trust me i don't take crap from anybody not even from my husband.

Possibly but that feature also applies to other races of women... but if there is one thing I've learn't is that women are just too complicated!

Most of them were brought up very poor, very humble. So they appreciate even the slightest gesture of attention...and want to spoil the man that they love...to keep him happy, and to keep him home with them.
