Two ports for Dublin, one called Dun Laoire, which is about 12 km from the city centre, the other being the Dublin Docks, Dublin Bus run in and out all the time, trip terminates at Bus Aras, main Bus station in Dublin, right next to the river Liffey, there you can get a street map with all the interesting things to see but it depends on how long you will have to vist.

Hello,
the Tunnel is already open and running well, the tolls are tied to the hours of usage, rush hours are most expensive at 12 euro per trip, and offpeak afer 10 am it drops to half price at 6 euro. you have to use dipped headlights for the 5 -1/2 kilometre journey, so make sure you have enough gas for the trip, rescue is very expensive.....................Tony M

I heard it was only open to trucks at the minute, surprised to read otherwise, well you learn something new everyday. I know its compulsory for trucks going to the docks to use it now,
