I saw of of those men touch the other man's wife butt and then the husband of that woman boxed the offender and the fight started. my question is why both men were arrested and if this happen to you what whould you do? also i would like to know what we should do from the legal point of view? what is the most punishment for such a case

At least 1 month in jail. It's sexual harrasment and it's very inappropriate. I mean I would've been extremely angry, but I wouldn't have hit the guy knowing that if you make contact to your adversary, you can be arrested because you were the first one to hit him. I would've talked to him and if he ran away, I'd report him.

Sounds like more of an honor thing than a self-defense thing. If I were the cops I would have let them thrash eachother some and then arrest them in the aftermath.
