Just because he said that doesn't mean anything. Does he molest you? If yes then go to the police. If he actually means "play" as in playing tag, sports, etc... (which some adults do with children. Especially ones who have jobs related to working with children) then take it as a compliment.

It depends on what he means by play with. If he means play sports with or kid around with things like that he is harmless and you should enjoy the fact that he likes you. If on the other hand he is referring to your body parts or something of a sexual nature you need to report him to the Bishop immediately.
