i use to have corel pain shop pro, but it expired, and i wanna put that sunburst effect on a picture, is there an online site i can do it on? or a uncommon program i can download FOR FREE,cz i've already use paint shop pro/corel.

Usually you have to have the program for the effects for pictures like pro paint, photosmart. If you have a scanner which you can get at Walmart for about $50.00 that prints, scans, and copies has all you need to do with pictures. I have one and I love it. Also you may try going to www.downloads.com and see what you can get from there.

i dont know all i can think of is using photoshop but it aint free. so let me know if you find anything.
