Wendy's is too cute, and when you get inside you have to deal with lousy staff. So, it is a disappointment.
McDonalds just looks fun, but it doesn't set you up too much for the inevitable disappointment when you deal with their staff.
Overall, though, there is something about Wendy's service that is somehow kind of cold, for me...
