Make it dramatic so that people can see through your glasses. Try using an eye pencil or liner.

honestly, when you first apply eyeliner it really stands out and makes your eyes look nice, but after a few minutes it sinks into the creases of your eyes and makes you look tired... if i were you i would wear mascara that really makes your eyelashes volumized and dark and long.. try maybeline fabulash (at drugstores) it will really get you noticed.. withought lookin un-natural. if your going to wear eyeliner (i recomend you dont) then apply a light line on you bottom lash line (DONT DO THE INSIDE) to avoid the problem i described above.

I reccomend using a liner to emphasize your eyes and a shimmery eyeshadow so you can see it through your glasses but nothing to dark
