im the 11-year-old and im wondering if anyone out there can give me ideas for me and my little bro can do together. :)

Wow, that is awesome, what a great brother you are!
I would suggest the wooden nation puzzle that will help you both
identify states and where they are map-wise. It would be fun for
your brother to be able to fit the pieces in place esp when you help him at first.
Also I would think about train sets. That is just years of fun for all.
And the link below may be a goal you can strive for gradually.
There are easy projects and more difficult ones.

t-ball might be good. Other games might be tag, four-square, catch, Frisbee, if you have a park around, anything that the kids could make up. Kids have great imaginations and can make up games on the spot.

play catch (football, baseball, etc.)
try little kid's video games
Just let him win every now and them, they normaly aren't very good losers at that age.
