No. You would have some bleeding and/or some pretty bad cramping. Some woman's symptoms don't start until well into the 2nd month and some never have any symptoms at all. If you're still worried, you should call and talk to your doctor.

Not likely. When I miscarried I KNEW it. I wasn't having mild cramping, I was having gut-wrenching full on cramps that made me hunch over in pain. On top of that I had so much bleeding that I went through a pad in less than 2 hours (I'm sorry for the gorry details). Plus, if you are miscarrying you will notice clots of blood and grayish tissue also. If this does happen you need to be seen by your doctor. It sounds to me like you are going to have an easy first trimester. With this pregnancy (I am now 2 days overdue) I never had any "symptoms" until like the 12th or 13th week.

No you can't have a miscarriage without bleeding, a miscarriage is when your body rejects a pregnancy and makes it come out of you. There is no way for a pregnancy to end without bleeding as well as other signs of miscarriage such as bad cramping, mine was so bad that I couldn't get out of bed at some points when I lost my baby. I would go to your doctor to get the baby checked because there could be something else wrong but as of now you have not had a miscarriage.
Best wishes to both you and the baby

When i miscarried I had morning sickness up until I had my D&C 2 weeks after the baby had died. Like other people have said every pregnancy is diffrent. But without bleeding and stuff I am sure you are fine.

Most women don't have pregnancy symptoms.. you can go the first four months without even remembering you are pregnant. You should be happy no symptoms. the only way you could miscarry is if their is blood.... so don't worry and don't stress yourself out... the first 13 weeks are the most stressful and you don't need to be stressed at all... relax and enjoy.

Calm down. Give it a couple more weeks and things will start to change. I am 29 wks and some days I don't feel like I am pregnant.. then ofcourse I look down..lol. If you are still having some concerns.. go to the ER and have them check you out. Good luck.

Every woman's pregnancy is different. I didn't have pregnancy symptoms until I was about 6 weeks along. For right now, be glad that you don't have the morning sickness and all that other good stuff. Congrats!!!!

its possible to miscarry and not know about very early on, but also very unlikely. normally, when you miscarry there will be atleast some bleeding.
the best thing for you to do if you are really worried is to go see a doctor and insist they do an ultrasound to ensure the baby is ok.

You could have but it's doubtful. Not all women "feel" pregnant. I had great pregnancies. (5) I could eat anything, never felt sick, never swelled. If you miscarried, you would know it. The embryo would have to go somewhere, and you said nothing has come out. Be happy for yourself, and congratulations.

Just because you don't have the 'symptoms' it doesn't mean that you aren't pregnant.
You would have known about a miscarriage because of the pain and bleeding involved.
