Here is what you need :

Cut = Ctrl X ; Copy= Ctrl C ; Paste = Ctrl V, that site has all the key controls with no mouse.

Hard it can be done but you will not be able to select what you want to be copied and pasted and change it's location.

However press:

↓ Control & A to Select all
↓ Press Control and C to "Copy"
↓ Press Control and V to "Paste"

This is the most simple method however note without a mouse you will not be able to select what to copy and paste.

First, press tab until the selected window has some lines around it, then use the arrow keys to select the object needed to copy, press control-c to copy, then select the destination window, and press control-v to paste. if you wanna move it, press control-x (cut) instead of copying.
