i read that when wind hits rocks, it's a Bb (b=flat) and that some black hole makes a very low Bb tone... is the entire universe tuned to Bb?

No. There is no Law of Universal Tone. Also, black holes can't make sound since they're in space. In space, nobody can hear you scream.

Good question. At one time, people thought that the earth would B Flat, however, as our knowledge grew, as did our observational skills, it was determined that the earth was near spherical in shape.

The is a theory in quantum physics that suggest that the universe could B Flat, but so far that hasn't been proven.
