Why some employers ask if you read fiction in personality tests?
Are these personal questions legal?

I can't say that a potential employer has ever asked that one; I don't know why it wouldn't be legal though - perhaps they're simply trying to find out if you read at all.

Yes they are legal.
But don't sweat the question they are netural and mean nothing.
It does sometime use to measure your reaction to something you don't know about.
