I do not want to have expertise answers from somebody who knows about the hiring process.

It can,however it will be dependent on the type of job and the hiring manager. A criminal background check will show the arrest so it will be important to note the arrest on the application as well as an explanation including the fact that the case was dismissed. If the arrest is not on the application along with an explanation and a background check is done, the application will be rejected forthwith because it would go back to the character of the applicant.

No you job no affected by dismissal. You only affected if you get caught monkey around with monkey. Or if you stink like day old fry rice. You grammar good. You touch monkey nuts often? You wirte back, we have good time. Tell Daniel Son I miss his movies.
