Yes, I bet that she will. She has mentioned in an interview that she will be killing 2 of the main characters. The reason? So no one can continue the series and capitalize off of her ingenuity. She does not plan to write anymore books but maybe something like an encyclopedia to raise money for some charity.

I think she will for one reason --
You know how many people are going to copy the Harry Potter books? If she kills him, all of the other stories will be untrue and wouldn't follow. If she left him alive, other plagarists/copy-cats could take the novel and twist it in all sorts of ways that would ruin the prestige of the series.

I think he will die... Doesnt is say somewhere in the 5th or 6th book that one (harry, voldemort) can't die without the other? That says to me, that Harry has to die in order to kill Voldemort...
