I have to pay the courts a payment every month and i was sentenced tried and found guilty and ordered to pay it back in monthly payments through the court. can the people i owe money to garnish my husbands pay if i am allready paying on it?

But my husband wasnt on the court document because he didnt have anything to do with it and i was the one charged for it

They can not make you pay twice; however, if your husbands name was included in the order than yes, they have the option of garnishing his paycheck as well.

Additional details
Then they can not garnish his wages. The debt is yours. Be careful though about any joint accounts. Any account with your name on it they can garnish. Take your name off of property and and checking if you are not following the agreement to the letter. (Just a warning)

No. Child support and visitation are just as much for the child as the parents and two wrongs don't make a right. Do you think it's fair to tell her she's not allowed to see her Daddy because he didn't pay? No. Don't put her in the middle of it. If he's afraid you'll claim you never received anything, write out an agreement that money given counts toward child support, have it notarized, and give him receipts. Problem solved.

no, the only payment they can receive is from you through the courts

Possibly - depends on what and where you said your finances are coming from. If the judgement was against you only, then you should be ok.
