Mr. Bush has never acknowledged that he used cocaine. He has acknowledged that he had a drinking problem, which he said he kicked when he was 40 (which would be 1986 or thereabouts) when he was "born again".
However, J. H. Hatfield, in his book "Fortunate Son" claims Bush was arrested for cocaine in 1972, and did community service(Operation P.U.L.L.) in Houston in lieu of jail time. According to Hatfield, Bush's family was able to have the record expunged.
To quote salon:
The center's executive director, Madgelean Bush (no relation to George W. Bush), had told Salon News and others that Bush did not do community service there, and the Bush campaign likewise denied the allegation. But the Texas governor had admitted to working at Houston's Project P.U.L.L. in 1972, and Hatfield says he began to wonder if that was actually the community service sentence. Hatfield says he confirmed those suspicions with three sources close to the Bush family he had cultivated while writing his biography, which publishes Wednesday.
The article goes on to say that the then-Governor Bush's campaign staff denied the allegation.
More from the article:
By contrast, "First Son: George W. Bush and the Family Dynasty," by Dallas Morning News reporter Bill Minutaglio, says George Bush Sr. referred his son to Project P.U.L.L. after an incident in which George W. drove drunk with his younger brother Marvin in the car.
Friends of mine who work at drug rehab centers say that Bush's actions remind them of a "dry drunk". Some say the way he works his jaw is similar to the actions of cocaine abusers. I have no cited sources for these observations, which were made in the course of conversations. I will mention, however, that the "dry drunk" analysis came from a registered Republican.

Although I really do not support many of the things that George W Bush have done, I would never ever ever say negative or stupid things about the president of the country in which I live in.
Hello, He is our president, if he looks bad, you look bad, so you can say you don't support him, but dont make yourself look dumb by bashing on the president of the united states.

His dad probably gave him kilos of it, for whatever use Dubya wanted.
He only likes it 'cause he can penetrate himself with money (dollar bills in the nose), his butt is too tight for the money to fit up there.

Goerge Busch could be addicted to cocaine and every other drug made and he would still have more morals and be twice as honerable as Bill and Hillary put together.
