Will the government ever say aliens do exist.?

The government acknowledges that aliens exist. It even separates them into two categories, legal, and illegal. It is the illegal ones that seem to be getting a lot of press lately.

I'd say probably not unless real aliens actually came out of the sky and landed in a crowded city and a coverup was not at all possible and no excuse would be believed (since there were so many witnesses), then they'd say yes, but probably still deny the Roswell thing.
