Advice? Since I got 2 lame answers for my first question. What would you do to make yourself as sleepy as possible? This is my last question for today so I have to ask this.

Well sorry I wasn't here to answer because I know this one!! First, do not let yourself take a nap and settle for any sleep you can get. That will throw your bio-rhythms off. Stay up at night when you can't sleep, come to Answers/Whatever, and the Next Day get by Any Way you Can but Stay Awake!!

When you finally come to your bed one night after losing a night, or even two, you will be So Tired you Will Fall Asleep!! Don't worry how long you sleep, because it's different for everyone. Some of the greatest genius' of our world rarely slept!! (But some of the most insane criminals can't either!!)

You cannot "make up" for lost sleep. Force yourself to stay awake until your nights become regular again. And any stress or worry that might be keeping you awake will not be able to throw your body off it's natural sleep cycle. I Do This and I Know It Works!! See 'ya Again Late Some Night When We're Both Are Up!! Good Luck!! @8-)

Drink something warm, take a hot shower, and if that doesnt help take some nighttime tylenol. Thats usually helps me

i have the same problem,what helps me is too read a long book before bed,it helps me sometimes and if that dont help,i just get up and exercise,it really gets me tired.good luck
