I am looking for 2 bdr spacious apt ( more than 700 sq.foot) at the walking distance ( not more than 1 block) near CU and rose medical center in denver. Do you guys know if there are apts available near 9th avenue ? If you do, please let me know the name of apt and the rate. Thanks for your sharing.

CU isn't in Denver. Its in Boulder about 30 miles away.

There are lots of apartments in that area. Sorry, I don't have names and availability.
Just stay away from Colfax, or at least stay south of Colfax.
