If you mean clothing and stuff, I bought a few things that were light yellow and pale green. Mostly socks and sleepers. I waited till I knew the sex of the baby before buying any outfits. I bought receiving blankets that had all colors on them, like pink, blue, and yellow. Something that could be used with either one. When it came to bedding and such, I waited. Hope that this helps!

Diapers. My husband would buy a package every week while I was pregnant and by the time the baby came we had about a closet full (we talked with friends who had babies to guage about how many of each size to buy). And wipes, lots and lots of wipes, they're good for so much more than just wiping a butt.

That was really about all, I had bought a couple of clothes that I thought were unisex, but once I found out I was having a boy I decided they were really more for girls and ended up giving them away.

35 years ago, I did not find out the sex of my baby until he was born. I bought undershirts, sleepers, Back then I used cloth diapers. crib sheets , towels. washcloths. bathing supplies and socks. You could always buy onesies and burp cloths. I think the list could go on and on.

I bought diapers, socks, bibs, bottles, neutral clothes, a baby swing, bath stuff/tub for the baby, etc.

Just nothing pink or blue!
