a person you love them no matter what day it is be it a kiss or what ever. Yes, I have a man that loves me and yes I am 1000% happy. I just hate the fact that people have to go out the way on one day just to show the person they love how much the are loved. Don't you think that should be every day? I just don't understand Valentines day. Maybe someone can shed light on what I call a made up day.

It is just another consumer based pseudo-holiday. Another way to sucker the masses into spending money.

My associates hate valentine's day, all of them have blended emotions about the day. it would not difficulty me because i have experienced both being on my own and being and having a boyfriend and that grow to be relaxing too. the first 0.5 of the day i'm goin to spend with my bf and substitute presents and all that relaxing, then for the evening, considering all of them hate the day, we are having like an anti valentine's day dinner and picture evening mutually.

I look @ Valentines Day as a perfect opportunity to express my love for my friends & family, including those I may not talk to every day. We all get caught up in life, which is sometimes monotonous,& neglect spending as much time w/ our loved ones as we'd like...plus no one has to cook,we go out together! Besides, all the sexiest lingerie I've found is out around Valentines Day...need I say more?
