I just updated my ipod...?

(5G) And now I can't get the file list view back. It's stuck on the 'settings' view. With my Shuffle, there's a 'settings' tab and a 'Contents' tab. With the 5G only the settings sub-tabs are at the top of the screen, so I can't see what's on the 'pod. Any thoughts other than reversing the update?
