It shouldn't hurt at all, and if it does hurt it can be because:
a) You're too tense, you need to relax first.
b) You're not aroused enough and aren't lubricating.
c) If your problem isn't a) or b) you should go see a gynecologist to see if it's a health problem.

You don't really describe your pain - is it deep inside, or more on entry? Deep stabbing pain during intercourse can be symptomatic of endometriosis or adenomyosis. More superficial pain could also be endo, but may more likely be a need for lube, or perhaps you are tensing up and that is causing the pain. Please talk to your doctor in any case - it isn't normal.

Usually six to ten times, IF you give your body tme to heal. Like you cannot have sex ten tmes in two days and think it should feel better. You are breaking skin down there which needs a few weeks to heal. So over a month period six to ten times... if it still hurts after that I would recommend seeing planned parenthood for advice

Try using lube. Being inexperianced can make you nervous to where you don't get properly excited and wet enough.
